Brighton Harbour Hotel Wedding

Like many couples, Victoria and Micheal had to delay their Brighton Harbour Hotel Wedding due to covid.

By pure coincidence they rescheduled it for the day of the Brighton Naked Bike Ride. We had quite a surprise when we were waiting to cross the lights to get back to the hotel after taking photos on the beach!

Having a Brighton Harbour Hotel Wedding is a great choice if you want to be in the heart of the city and close to the beach. The beach is directly opposite in fact, and Victoria enjoyed an uninterrupted sea view whilst getting ready. The hotel doesn’t have a garden or outdoor space of it’s own, so being located opposite the beach means you can have your formal and couple photographs on the beach.

Whilst on the beach the couple decided to hop onto the famous Carousel with a few of their guests, whilst others enjoyed an ice cream (and fighting off the greedy seagulls). This is a great way of entertaining your guests between the ceremony and meal. If you had enough time you could also go onto the Pier and buy wristbands for your guests to go on the rides. I would love to capture a couple on the Haunted House ride!

I’d also love to capture wedding guests stripping off for a swim, or going for a knee deep paddle at least, with your suit trousers rolled up. Sea swimming is very popular in Brighton, although I must confess that I’m more of a glass of wine on the beach and dip your toes in kind of swimmer! But if you’re game I’d love to hear from you and to capture your day. Brighton is a fun city with lots to do. You can find more ideas of things to do your Brighton Wedding day here.
